01. [인터넷 상 표현의 자유] 대한민국 헌법 21조는 표현의 자유를 기본권으로 보장하고 있다. 하지만 이명박 정부는 인터넷 상의 표현의 자유를 현행 법과 제도를 오남용함으로써 침해 및 억압하고 있다. 이에 온라인 상에서 네티즌들의 자유로운 정치적 발언권을 적극적으로 보장하고 법적 제재를 최소화할 것을 요구한다.   

02. [집회 시위의 자유] 대한민국 헌법 21조는 집회 시위 및 결사의 자유를 기본권으로 보장하고 있다. 하지만 이명박 정부는 헌법에 보장된 집회와 시위의 자유를 불법 폭력 집회로의 변질을 명분으로 사전적-포괄적으로 봉쇄하는 등 기본권을 심대히 침해하고 있다. 집회 시위의 자유는 민주주의를 지탱하고 대의절차의 왜곡을 보완하는 국민적 기본권인 만큼 전면적인 보장할 것을 요구한다. 

03. [경제 민주화] 대한민국 헌법 제119조 2항은 국민경제의 성장 및 안정과 적정한 소득의 분배, 시장의 지배와 경제력의 남용을 방지하기 위해 경제의 민주화를 보장하고 있다. 하지만 이명박 정부는 부의 불평등을 공고화하고 사회적 약자 및 소수자에 대한 구제, 보호를 외면해왔다. 이에 우리는 이명박 정부가 87년 민주화 운동의 숭고한 정신이 깃든 경제 민주화 조항을 준수할 것을 촉구하며 경제정책의 근본적인 성찰을 요구한다.

01. [The Right of Free Expression in the Internet]

The National Constitution of the Republic of Korea, Section 21^st guarantees for the basic human right of freedom of expression. 

However, Lee administrative oppresses as well as infringes upon freedom of expression in the internet through abuse and misuse of the present national law and its social systems. 

Hereupon, we demand of the full right of freedom of expression in the internet and guarantee that the government will minimize the abusing as well as misusing the national legal power on the people of Korea.

02. [The Freedom of Assembly and Demonstration]

The National Constitution of the Republic of Korea, Section 21^st guarantees for assembly and demonstration as well as association as for the basic human rights. 

However, Lee administrative oppresses and infringes upon of freedom of assembly and demonstration as it is assumed that such peaceful activities get into a stage of violent.  Furthermore, there is no single evidence of doing any violent assembly and demonstration as Lee administrative imagined.

Lee administrative titled this world first invented methodology of oppression and infringement towards own people of Korea as called “Pre-Censorship and Inclusion.” 

Democracy has been supported upon freedom of assembly and demonstration as it is the essential supplementary system to the parliamentary government. 

Hereupon, the people of Korea demand freedom of assembly and demonstration in both in the lively society as well as in the internet, today.

03. [Economic Democratization]

The National Constitution of the Republic of Korea, Article 119^th Section 2^nd guarantee for economic democratization in order to prevent of abuse and misuse of national economic growth, optimal distribution of income, domestic monopolistic market and financial strength. 

However, Lee administrative makes uneven the power of wealth, worsening of distribution of wealth through all aspects of social as well as day by day basis. 

Lee administrative also refused to protect, guarantee and secure of the social minors as well as the weak. 

Hereupon, the people of Korea demand of Lee administrative to comply lofty sprits of 1987 democratization to the economic democratization with it’s’ articles and clauses.  The people of Korea also demand for in deep inspection of present national economical policies from the root.
